“I guess if I have a fault it’s that I tend to point out any negatives and possible solutions on a piece of property to buyers; but people appreciate that. As a real estate investor, it’s best that you’re educated. My wife hates it at home,” he laughs.
Robert is married and lives in Misty Mountain with his boys and wife, Michelle. His sons attend Blowing Rock School. “I usually let Michelle answer questions about local camps, entertainment, and schools. That way clients get a rounder picture of the area.”
During the past fourteen years Robert has built spec cabins, developed a subdivision, renovated investment homes, overseen vacation rentals, and built a personal home. It’s all about experience.
